The $5 itch.io page ships Windows and Linux only. It does not list Google Play, the App Store, or an APK.
A phone browser is not an official way to run that paid build. A “free mobile Choicer Voicer” page is not the store.

Why APK pages show up
People search Android because they want the game in a pocket. The store still has no phone package. That gap fills with random APKs, “mods,” and clones.
